Arrangements have been mq.de for the photo-finish • apparatus to be operated at the Taranaki meetiiig which will be held at New Plymouth to-' morrow and Monday. The eUmera has been well tried at Ellerslie, Trentham, and Addington and has proved a valuable aid to judges. Its introduetion at New Plymouth will be appreciated as .much by the general public as by the iudee himself.
