While Sir Stafford Cripps was speaking in the India debate in the Commous vesterday, Mr. Boothby rose and asked Mr. Spealter if it was in order for a member to peel and eat an-orange during a debate. \The Speaker replied that as it xvas out of order to chew gum.or eat ehoco late in the chamber, it was eertainly out of order to eat an orange. The offender, Mr. Murray, who is an ex-miner, hastily put his orange away. •
