WELLINGTON, March 6f It is reportecj. that the Wellingr ton Harbour Board has made. a substantial concession in the Wanganella cpsts hy waiving, under its by-laws and regulations, the addir tipnai dockjng cftsts which can accrue after a ship has been docked for more than days from fourpence a ton gross to two-pence. Though estimates made then that the cost qf repairing the WanganeUa would be £300,000, with an additianal £60,000 as tho cost of the salvage, it is still too early tp mahe reasonably certain estimates let alone official ones.
