Taylor, the nine-year-old Levin cub - who, it was announced last week, had been awardfed the Scout Association's Certificate of Merit, is also to receive the Roval Humane Society's Letter of Cofnmendation. Richard is the boy who last year extinguished a fire at the Ihakara School into which the sole teacher, Miss D. W. White, had fallen after fainting, and who then ran for a'ssistance. .
