Mr. Meachen lost the Marlborough seat at the 1910 gcneral election. A Parliamentary Under-Secretary-sliip to the Prime Minister, made vacant by the dei'eat of Alr. J. Tliorn 111 Otaki, will probably also be fille'd. Caucus will also diseuss wages and stabilisation and trade and commerce mqtters.
