Thc following resolution, proposed by Mr. I.' F. McKeuzic, was finally passed: "That the Principal of Victoria University College be aslced to advise heads of departments in the College that questionnaires on educational topics for circulation in schools under the control of this board, should in the first instanco be submitted to this board togethcr with a statement by tlie student preparing the questionnaire and a reeommendation by the Professor or head of tlie departmcnt concerned. " A suggestion was adopted that a conference on the matter be held with the Director of Education and Professor ludley-) head of Victoria College, and the Departmcnt of Education.
