MOSCOW, Feb. 23. Pravda, in an editorial tribute to the Red Army on its twenty-ninth anniversary, said: "In single-handed combat the Red Army crushed Hitier Germany and liberated the oppressed nations of Europe, and after the capture.of Berlin victoriouslv terminated the war. " The article did not mention the Allies. A Moscow radio commentator rcferred to the Allied campaigns in the Mediterranean, and said that thev had a eertain -effect but not any decisive effect. Certain circles had delayed the second front'so that the Allies landed in Europe only when the war was in its concluding stage.' ' -
