Personal Mr. and Mrs. J. T. H. Carter, of Pirinoa. former Otaki residents, were among the visitors to Otaki yesterday. Otaki Flower Sbiw On Wednesday next Raukawa the Otaki H. and D. Society will hold a gladioli and dahlia show, and as there are mah" fine blooms in- Otaki and district the display should be a pleasing one. There will be classes for amateurs, novices and for the more experienced grower. A.1 classes should fill well and a good display is anticibated in the cu4" bloom section and decorative, while it is expected that the vegetable classes .will be strongly upportcJ. Entries close on Tuesiay.
