The Security Couricil considering the disarmament resolution approved tlie llual paragrapli requiring United NaRons military staff committee to report oy April 30 to the .Security Council on the basic principles of the projected nternational police force. Tlie military staff committee has been in session for a year without reporting any pro gress. The Council tlien took up the disarmament resolution as a whole and formally approved it. Mr. Gromyko abstained from voting beeguse of his ibjections to some part of the resolution.
