Fersonal Mr G. W. Munford, Pretoria Road, left yesterday for Christchurch, where he will attend the Canterbury show and ewe fair. Mr. and Mrs. R. Wilkinson, at Plimmerton. Mr. W. H. Southee, Makerua Plains, and Mr. R. Southee, Opiki, left on Monday on a fishing trip to Lake Taupo. Miss Doreen Ward, Buckley, Miss D. Wildbore and Messrs. L. Wildbore and Keith Mitchell, Ihakara, are on a three weeks' camping holiday and propose seeing as much of the country as far north as Auckland as possible. Plunket Babies Popular The photographs of the babies entered for the plunket contest are attracting considerable interest and already a large number of votes have been cast. It is hoped that progress reports will be available from time to time on the voting.
