HAMILTON, x'eb. 13,/ A verdict of guilty in each case was returned by the jury in the murder charge against James i'yederick Dodd, 15 years, and Cecil Jameg Pascoe, 14 years, in the Supreme Court, Hamilton, this afternoon. In the case of Pascoe a recommendation to mercy was made.. • . His Honour senteneed both boys to imprisonment for life with hard labour and, in Alsmissing the jury, said their verdict was the correct one and might have a very salutory effect in this country.
