AMERICAN LABOUR LEADER ALARMED
Received Wednesday, 11 a.m. WASHIN GTON, Feb. 11. Mr. William Green, president of the American Federation of Labour, has cabled Mr. Bevin expressing tlarm at the Palestine developments and concern that the Jews shoul^ again be punished by the imposition of martial law in Palestine. Mr. Green urged that it be avoided and the doors be quickly opened to the persecuted Jewish people.
