NEPTUNE'S HERALDS BOARD THE VANGUARD
Received Monday, 9.30 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 10. The Royal Family and the whole ship's cempany watched Neptune 's heralds hoard the Vanguard amid a blaze of fireworks last night. The Vanguard warned ships in the vicinity not to interpret rockets as distress signals. The Vanguard is expected to cross the Equator at 6 a.m. (local time) today. Neptune will hold his court later today. The King's personal Viking aircraft ieft England on February 5, and its flying time to South Africa was 33 hours.
