The Daily Ilerald says the former Dennan liner Ubena, now the Empire Ken, under the management of the Royal .Mail Line, will take Mr. Bevin and the Bri ish delegation to Russia for the Aloscow Conferetice. The delegation will nuniber about 130 and with tlie 111 will sail about 20 Britisli and a few American Press correspondents. The Empire Ken, now 011 Ihe way home from West Afriea, will take the party to Libau. Thenee they will travel to AToseow by trian via Iiiga. They are due in Aloscow 011 Alarch 9.
