Jam: Mrs. Mills 1. Baby's jetticoat: Mrs. Mills 1. The foundation recipe for the )est collection of biscuits, which vill be the competition for the Vlarch meeting, is 1/2 lb flour, 1/4 b butter, 1/4 lb sugar, 1 teaspoon jaking powder and 1 egg. Other jompetitions are for a hot water 3ag cover and a bowl of asters.
