•Received T,nesday, 7,30 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 4. The nineteenth annual conference f oi the British Communist Party which will be.held in London on February 22 t-o February 25/ will consider a resplution calling on the Government "to end British subservience to- American ini perialism" and calling for the termination of British" military and linanciaJ support in the present Gregk administration, the severance of diplomatic and trade relations with Sparn, ""and "the ending of imperialistie policy in India and the colonies". Another resolution will demand the immediate demobilisation of ' ' onr' present exeessive armed t'orces" and changes in the Foreign Office and diplomatic service "so that people with a consistent democratic outlook m&y be employod as British representatives abroad ' '• During the congress the first joint conference of Communist Parties of tlie Britiali Commonwealth will be held. Invitations to this have so fai' been accepted by Australia) India, Ceylon, Canada, Cyprus, South Africa, Burma, MaJaya, Palestine, Northern Ireland and Hong Kon^. J O
