Received Monday, 7.10 p.m. LONDON, Feb. 3. The United States Liberty ship Henry iliddleton, collided with and cut iuto tiie sidos of the anchored British vcssel Empire .Ohamois in Garrick Roads (Falmoutli outer harbour) in iiikv blackness early this morning during a 70-mile an hour gale with torrential rain. Both ships were damaged but nobody was hurt. A tug from Falmoutli brought the Henry Middleton to safety,
