SYDNEY, Feb. 3. Rain and high huniidity occurred today in many parts of New South Wales and Queensiand but niore rain is need ed to provide long term relief from the drougllt. The sugar areas ou the cen tral and north coast of Queensiand had their best raius since March 194G.
