ZIONIST OFFER EXPECTED
Received Tuesday, 10.10 a.m. LONDON, Feb. 3. The Zionist leaders are now negotiating with the British Ministers and are expected to make an offer on the basis of a nartition for Palestine when they see Mr. Bevin and Mr. Creech Jones tonight, says Reuter's diplomatic eorrespondent. All six representatives of the Jcwish Agency conferred during the weekend with 1500 delegates of the Zionist Federation in Great Britain, where most of them made speeches ureine the British Zionist movement to accept a partition as the fmal solution of the Palestine problem.
