This stock, which is 'of excellent quality, will |3e shipped to China next month. Sports at Otaki On Wednesday next sports will be held by the Otaki A.A. and C. Club on the domain. Entries are large and both cycling and running events should be keenly contested. Local athletes will have opposition from various outsiders, and will no doubt do their best to uphold the honour of their club. • Valuable memoriable cups will be competed for, while refreshments, etc., will be available.
