BRITISH TANKER BEACHED
Reeeived Sunday, 8.50 p.m. COPENHAGEN, Jan. 19. The 8030-ton tanker, British Earl, en route to Stockholm, struck a mine off Denmark and had to be beaehed with her bows severely damugf-d. There were no casualties. Sho was built in 1946.
