CENTRAL VISIT FOXTON On Saturday members of the Levin Central Bowling Club paid a visit to the Foxton Club and the following are the resuhs oi' thc games played, Central rinks being mentioned first in each case: Dalzell, Walker, Fletcher and Langelan (sj 15, lost to Williams, Peterson, Christie and Robson (s) 24; .Hartstonge, Wingfield, Sweetmah' and Mkrtin" (s) 22, lost to Scadden, Read, Gilmour and Ileppner (sj 26; Fenn, Richards, Blake and Holdaway (s) 8, lost to Coley, Cosgrave, Hughes and Hurtley (sj 28; Srnith, Gawler, Hearle and Hayes (sj 15, lost to Patterson, Dunn, Keayes and Cerntre (s) 20. > • Tiie final total was Central 60 1'joints against Foxton 's 98 points. Levin Ladies' Competition Eight pairs competed in the Levin Ladies' Bowling Club's Lett Brooches competition during last week, and Mesdames H. Walker and Gardner (s) emerged the winners.
