HEAVY SHOW ENTRIES
ALL SEC1TONS WELL SUPPORTED
Though no official figures were availabie this morhing, entries in all sections of the Horowhenua A. and P. Association's 41st show are said to exceed .those of last year. Horse events are enjoying increasihg popularity and entries in the numerous competitions are even greater than last year. It is miderstood that Mr. «H. J. McLeavey, of Ohau, has indicated that he may be entering his team of Clydesdales, and it is probable that Mr. R. Craig will also enter his team. The annual ram fair, which will be held on Monday, February 3, has incited considerable interest, and there should be no difficulty this year in maintaining the high standard set in other years. Over 400 entries have been received and the catalogue, which is now in the course of publication, should be distributed before the end of this week.
