NEW YORK, Jan. 14. Countries whose economies have been shattered by the war will need l,OOO,OO0,OOO dollars worth of food relief in 1947. Twelve countries filed with the United Nations reports detail-' ing their probable shortages and although the total has not been divulged iive of them are known to stand in need of aid amounting to 500,000,000 dollars.
