YEARLING PARADE

There was a large atteudance' af the Trentham 'stables on Sunday when selecced lots from the catalogue to be offered on the lirst two days of the twenty-first national yearling saies this week were paraded. Mr. C. E. Bobertson, the saies auetioneer, commented on the lots paraded and mentioned that since the saies were established 20 years ago 28 Derby winners, 26 St. L'eger winners, 15 Oaks winners and 43 Guineas winners in Australia and New Zealand had been sold in the Trentham ring. The quality of the yearlings this year is up.to a high standard.
