KELBURN CLUB V1SITS LEVIN On- Tuesday the bi-annual visic of the Kelburn Bowling Club to the Levin Club took place. On the arrival of some 34 players, the president of the Levin Club, Mr. H; G. Mackay, extended a cordial welcome to the visitors, expressing the hope that their day out in the country would prove as enjoy able for' them as it was as pleasurable for the members ' of the local club to renew old acquaintances. Mr. O. N. Campbell, president of the Kelburn Club, in reply, traced the history of theSe bi-annual visits, which had now taken place over a period of some twenty years, and assured his listeners that it gave them much pleasure to Visit Levin. The green being in first class o'rder and the day bright and sunny induced that friendly feeling so notable amongst the bowling fraternity. The visitors were hospita'bly entertained to morning and afternoon tea, which added in no small measure to* the pleasures of the day.
