— Press Association
By Telegraph
MASTERTON, Jan. 8. There is no alteration in the position at the Waingawa freezing works, where the men are going slow over a money dispute between the union and Messrs Thos. Borthwick and Sons, which is being referred to the disputes committee in Wellington. About one-eighth of the normal tally is being killed. Lambs waiting at the works for killing have Deen returned to farmers.
