Tlie Daily Exjiress correspondent at Saarbrucken reports that the French have reslricted all movement of people in aml out of the Saar and iinposed a jiass system. They have also frced l(),0(l() German Saarland prisoners of war and civilian internees to go to tlie inines. They have lii'ted the niidnight t-urfew for Germans.
