SHIRLEY TEMPLE A MOTHER?
This week's mail I received from Hollywood reports that Shirley Temple is to become a mother. The reports are not being vigorously denied. It has been announced that she may not appear in "Little Women," which David O. Selznick purchased especially for her.. as a star vehicle because . of "other commitments," which could mean the stork is in charge of matSuch an event would be welcomed by Shirley, who has many times intimated to her close friends that she wants to have a baby as soon as possible. It is also reported in the same mail that Selznick has Shirley tagged to a contract that suspends her over a year's period in ohe event of motherhood. .
