AUCKLAND, Dec. 26. As a result of a judicial inquiry following the running of the Railway Handieap at Ellerslie W. J. Broughton, rider of. Peter Rohinson, was found guilty of careless riding and causing interference to Flowerburn and Ray's Pal, Broughton was suspended until January 3, 1947.
