1 Received Tuesdav, 7 p.m. NEW YORK, Dec. 23. The world cliampion, Joe Louis, ia going to New Zealand and Australia probably in April -or May, for an exhibition tour. His tour manager, Billy McCarney, announeing this, said the champion would tirst tour Latiu America. After the tour of Australia and New Zealand he would give exllibition matehes in the British Isles and1 Europe. After the Latin American tour Louis would be returning to New York to undertake commitments here and his overseas plans niust wait until tlien. Meanwhile the intenfion was- for Louis' overseas tour to inchide South Africa, Australia-, New Zealand and Pliilippines in that order.
