INDIAN ASSEMBLYADJOURNS
Received Tuesday, 10.30 a.m. NEW DELHI. Dec. 23. The Constituent Assembly adjourned until January 20 after two meetings at which it adopted rules of procedure and elected several standing committees. The Viceroy, Lord Wavell, arrived at Karaclii by plane from London today.
