UNIVERSITY EXAMINATIONS
SDCCESSFOL LEVItJ ENTRANTS Successful local candidates in the bachelor of commerce and accountancy professional examinations conducted by the University of New Zealand have been announced. Under the current regulations subjects will not be eredited to the bachelor of commerce unless terms have been kept. The list is still subject to confirmation by the issue of an official result card. In the results subjects are indicated as follows: — Bookkeeping and accounts, 1; mercantile law, stage 1, 2; book-keeping and accounts 2, 3; mercantile law stage 2, 4; trustee and bankruptcy law, 5; company law, 6; bookkeeping and accounts 3, 7; auditing, 8; secretarial law, 9. Passes gained are as follows: — D. C. Hill-7; D. J. Stannara, 1, 2, 6, 9; R. W. Stannard, 8; A. A. Brewer, 4, 9; J. Elsmore, 1, 5; C. D. Melville, 3, 6; P. S. Stannard,/!, 2/6; and M. S. Powell, 3, 5, 6.
