Received Priday, 7.30 p.m. LONDON, Dec. 20. Steps are shortly being taken to bring pressure on countries which were neutral in war time, to con tribute towards the cost of economic rehabiiitation m the war snatcerea areas. Making this announcement the Daily Telegraph 's diplomatic correspondent says it is in keeping with a suggestion made by Mr. Dalton when he was in Washington. He then saict that countries like Switzerland, Argentina and Sweden, which enrichedthemselves or any which did not sitffer economically as a result of tne war, should now aid countries iike Greece. The correspondent adds that the procedure will be for "beggar countries" to apply for help to the neutrals and their applications will receive the full support of the British and American Governments.
