Received Thursday, 7.50 p.m. GANBERRA, Dec. 19. The practice of uiiscrupulous landlords who charge exliorbitant rentft for their houses by representing them as holiday homes, is to be stopped. The evasion of the Lhndlord and Tenant Regulations has been possible because holiday premises are outside the scope of the rent fixing provision of the Landlord and Tenant Regulations. The Minister of Housing, Mr. Lemmon, announced today that the regulations would be amended soon by tighteuing up the definition of holrday premises. j
