NAPIER, Dec. 19. A body found on the beach near Napier last night is believed to be fhat of Arthur Albert Swanback, 57, carpenter, of Gisborne, who has been missing since December 5. The body showed. evidence that it had been in the water for some time. Swanback's wife returned to the Dominion in the Rangitiki this month after nine years in Finland. Swanback had arranged to meet her, but disappeared.
