TOTAL OVER £45,000,000

WELLINGTON, Dec. 18. National Savings investments total. over £45,000,000. In an interview today, the chairman of the New Zealand National Savings Committee, Mr. T. N Smallwood, revealed that National Savings investments have now passed the £45,000,000 mark. Thh is comprised of £11,874,000 in bondf and £33,126,000 in investment accounts. The average holding ha; -'isen from £5 in 1941 to £67 in 1946
