Commimist leaders . and Left.vingers today organised a large but jrderly demonstration, carrying ;lags and banners and comprising ipproximately 400,000 . sbabbiiy iressed men, women and boys. As was expected, . the House of Representatives defeated, by 236 /otes to 160, a resolution to dissolve he Diet.
