Received Tuesday, 10 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 16. Scotland Yard, workinp1 on the assumption that the telephoned warnlngs pf bombs are the work of a hoaxer, has laid olans to trap him or them. The Evening News suggests that "everybody is domeit jiow." . The Lcndon Transport received a warnmg, telephoned from Mitcham, Surrey, that' Paddineton was to be blown up. The telephone caller is now described as "The Nuisance."
