Keid, who intimated 1 that the defendant was arrested yesterday afternoon and that further charges were pending, the defendant was remanded to appear in Napier 011 Monday. Two other youtlis, Maekie Tonioanaand Chriss Mill, both deseribed as labourers, and residing at Wai]>atu Pa, were jointly eharged with at Hastings on Deeeinber 9, converting to their own use a ear valued at £250, the property of Keith Ilorace Hpacknian.
