MINING OF BRITISH SHIPS Received Monday, 10.20 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 15. Albania has not yet answered Britain's strong demand for an apology and reparation for the mining of tbe destroyers Saumarez and Volage in the Corfu Channel on October 22, says the Daily Telegpapb's diplomatie correspondent. Possibly Albania intepds the matter to go to the Security Council. wtych is already dealing with thc accusation against her of helping the guerrilla attacks against G'reek terri'tory.
