Received Thursdav, 8.10 p.m. LONDON, Dec, 11. After 20 years, Wiek, in Caithness, ceased to be a "dry area" at their sixth attempt. Tlie f'wets" vesterdav scored victory by a majority of 441 The town voted itself "dry" in 1920 and the polls in 1923, 1920, 1931 and 1937 upheld tliot decision. The "wets" are rejoicing but it will still be a dry New Year for Wiek beeause the Licensing Court does not meet until April,
