Received Tuesdav, 7.40 p.m. NEW YORK, Dec. 10: The Foreign Alinisters have agreed to hold their next meeting in Moseow on Alareh 10 to draft the dennan peaee treaty, with an understanding that the world press will be permit'ted to report proceedings freely from the Russian capital. Bvrnes, in a preliminary talk with Air. Bvrnes, Mr. Bevin and. Air. Molo tov met in AIoscow in December, 1945. It is understood that 110 objections liave been voiced by other rnembers of the Foreign Alinisters' Couucil to Air. Bevin 's (lemand that the British Dominions inust have a voice in framing the Dennan peace treaty. The Alinisters agreed in principle that interested parties should be heard but how, when and where is thus far not decided.
