AUSTRALIAN RATION CHANGES
■ SYDNEY, Dec. 7. Tlie eoupoii ratings have. been reduced for men's woollen suits, overcoats and shorts. The ratings for lined dressing gowns, beach wraps and beach coats have been inereased. These changes operate from next Monday when the new ration cards being issued over the week-end,. can. be used. Only 56 clothing eoupons will be available for 'tlie next 12 ihonths. The main cluinges in the eoupon, scale are 26 eoupons-for a manlsithree-piece suit oompared with - the?, previous rating of 30 coupons and 17 eoupons for a man's overeoat comparecF wltlb 20 ' p'reviously.
