WELLINGTON, Dec. 9. Three hundred and oiglity applications have been received by TJnrra from Xew Zealand flshermen willing to sign on for a term of service as instructors m China waters. The inducoment is tlie liigh pay offerings, based on Americaii ratcs of remuneration. It ranges from £1S7 a month for a deck hand fsherman to £287 for masters. There are 30 positions to be flled.
