INTERNATIONAL CONTROL GOES Received Tuesday, 12.15 p.m. NEW YORK, Dec. 9. The United Nations Economic Committee earried unanimously a resolution which will give the United States and other countries witli food to spare direct control over where and how it will be used. The deeision has ended all prospects of keeping world food relief under international control.
