One is the poi aance and the other the Te Raukau, meaning "The Stick." Recordlngs of authentic Maori chant were sent to Hollywood from New Zealand for the film. Lana Turner, Van Heflin, Donna Reed and Richard Hart head the cast. The film will not be available in New Zealand until towards the middle of next year, if not later.
