SATURDAY AND MONDAY Hoist Ihe anchor everybody and head for the high seas of mirth an.l melody. Waves of laughter, convoys of beauty, oceans of fun. Bing Crosby returns to favour the Civic Theatre in "Here Come the Waves." Batty Hutton has to double as the Adams Twins high spot singing sisters, one with red hair, the other with blonde. How she does it is just too wonderful. She plays two distinct parts and rnixes up the lovc affairs not only of John Cabot (Bing Crosby) wlio is always trying to get into thc Navy without syccess and "Windy (Sonny Tufts) wln is in the Navy and cannot get out of it.
