AZERBAIJANIANS THREATENED
Received Tuesdav, 10.20 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 2. Teheran radio stated that Persian troops have entered Zenjan in Azerbaijan. Planes dropped a proclamation from the Prime Minister, M. Sultaneh, asking the people to co-operate with the troops and threatening severe punishment for those resisting. The British United Press' Teheran correspondent savs it is reported that Persian troops have oceupied Mianeh.
