The Greek Prime Minister (Mr. Tsaldaris) on Ihe evo of his depa'rture for New York formally notiiied the British, Ameriean, French. and Kussian diplomatic representatives that Greece intcnded to protest to the Security C'ouncil against "foreign sourees" inspiring and directing the disorders in Northern Greece. The Associated Press correspondeut states- that the Greek Government has made available conhdential reports to the British and Ameriean Governments eonfirming Greek eliarges that the Greek revolutionary leaders were getting rigorous training in guerrilla warfare in a school at Bulkis Canip north of Belgrade. The school is reported to be training 5000 Greeks who fled to Yugoslavia when the revolution collapsed at the end of 1946. The graduates iuflltratcd back into Greece in bauds of 20 each -and were given areas wherein to organise combat teams.
